Email SolarTradie to correct a company page, tell us about an installer we have not listed, or take charge of your own company’s page.
Something has changed
If an installer or electrician has moved, has a new phone number or new hours, or has closed, send the company name and city to info@solartradie.com. We will look into it and fix the page.
A company we have not listed
Tell us its name, the city it works in and the trade, such as solar, batteries, hot water, air conditioning or electrical work. The page on how we select sets out what a company needs before it joins a list.
If the company is yours
The “For installers” link in the header of every page is where you claim your company’s page, keep its jobs, hours and description up to date and compare the paid plans. If your company is missing from the site, you can ask us to review it from the same place.
We cannot advise on your system
We cannot answer questions about the size of a system, a quote, a contract, your eligibility for a rebate or a fault in something already installed. Ask the installer or, for a government program, the body that runs it. If an inverter, battery or switchboard smells of burning, sparks or smokes, keep away from it and call 000.
A complaint about a company
We do not settle disputes between you and a company on the site. Put the problem to the company in writing first. If that gets nowhere, the fair trading or consumer affairs office of your state or territory can step in. Solar Accreditation Australia takes complaints about accredited solar and battery installers, and the electrical or plumbing regulator in your state deals with unsafe or unlicensed work.
